Aileen Reid

We are honored to welcome Dr. Aileen Reid as the Friday evening Keynote Speaker for Ignite 2026. Aileen carries a deep passion for making disciples and investing in the next generation. For many years, she has faithfully trained leaders, discipled students, and partnered with pastors to strengthen youth and children’s ministries in local churches.
She currently serves in ministry alongside her husband, Trevor, who leads the Florida Churches of God of Prophecy, while also serving as an Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she teaches, conducts research, and mentors doctoral students.

Aileen’s ministry journey reflects a lifetime of leadership and innovation. She previously served as Children’s and NextGen Pastor at Bridge of Hope Church, where she developed a comprehensive ministry serving children from birth through college. Her leadership also includes serving as North Carolina State Women’s Ministries Director, Co-Director of International Youth Ministries for the Church of God of Prophecy, and co-pastor of the Montreal West Church of God of Prophecy in Quebec, Canada.
She is a devoted mother to Joshua, David, and Alexa, and holds advanced degrees from UNC Greensboro, New York University, and Duke University. We are excited for the wisdom, insight, and encouragement she will bring to Ignite 2026.
